What clients say
Placeholder testimonials — replace with real client quotes (with permission) before publishing.
"We sell in a dozen states and they've kept our sales tax registrations straight the whole way."
"Our 1099s used to be a scramble every January. Now it's completely handled."
"Fast replies, fair pricing, and real advice ahead of tax deadlines, not after."
Common questions
Do I need to collect sales tax in every state I sell to?
It depends on whether you've established "nexus" (a sufficient business connection) in that state, which can come from physical presence or sales volume. We assess this during onboarding.
What's the difference between a W-2 and a 1099?
A W-2 reports wages and withheld tax for employees. A 1099 reports payments made to independent contractors, who handle their own tax withholding.
Should I form an LLC or a Corporation?
It depends on your liability, tax and fundraising goals. We walk through the trade-offs during your free consultation before you commit to a structure.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on your business size and needs. We agree a fixed monthly or annual fee upfront, after a free initial consultation. See our Pricing page for illustrative tiers.
